Formats
Capsule, softgel or lozenge?
Why our six come in three different formats, and what's actually inside each shell.

Our lineup uses three formats. It isn't for looks: each ingredient goes in the format that suits it.
Softgels
A softgel is a sealed gelatin shell that holds a liquid. Vitamin D is fat-soluble, so our Vitamin D3 is suspended in extra virgin olive oil inside a softgel.
Capsules
Our capsules are made from hypromellose, a plant-based material, so they contain no gelatin. Ashwagandha, Magnesium Glycinate, Berberine and Turmeric Curcumin all come as capsules.
Lozenges
Methyl B12 comes as a small lozenge that you let dissolve under your tongue, with a natural cherry flavour.
Quick guide
- Avoiding gelatin? Choose the capsules and the lozenge. The softgel contains gelatin.
- Don't like swallowing pills? The B12 lozenge dissolves.
- Always follow the directions on each label.
