Make a daily routine actually stick
The best routine is the one you remember. Five low-effort ways to stop forgetting.

Most people don't quit a routine on purpose. They just forget, then the bottle ends up behind the pasta. A few small tricks make it automatic.
1. Put the bottle where the habit already is
Next to the kettle, the coffee machine or your toothbrush. If you see it, you take it.
2. Follow the label, then anchor it
Some labels say to take it with a meal (our Vitamin D3, Berberine and Turmeric Curcumin). Some suggest the evening (Magnesium Glycinate). Pick the meal or moment you never skip.
3. Keep it short
Start with what you actually want. A routine of two bottles you keep beats six you forget.
4. Let delivery do the remembering
A monthly plan means a new bottle arrives before the old one runs out.
5. Ask first when it matters
